Camarones al Mojo de Ajo

Grilled garlic-butter shrimp garnished with Chile de Arbol and served with Poblano-corn white rice and ensalada de aguacate.

Cochinita Pibil

Pibil-style pork marinated in a mixture of chiles, bay leaves and spices that give this dish its sweet and savory flavors. Served with Poblano-corn white rice and red pickled onions.

Milanesa de Res

Breaded and fried sirloin steak served with sliced avocados, tomatoes, papas fritas and lime wedges for garnish.
