Applicants must:

• have solid restaurant bar manager, kitchen manager, floor manager and/or catering experience
• be highly organized and have the ability to effectively multi-task
• be highly motivated to achieve
• enjoy a fast-paced environment
• want to have real authority and the ability to make a difference
• have an eye for detail and desire to get the details correct the first time
• enjoy making guests feel at home and ensure that they leave happy
• have a warm, outgoing personality

Preference given to candidates with:

• a stable work history
• abundant restaurant management experience
• fluency in English and Spanish
• decorating & flower arranging skills
• a culinary background focused on Mexican food
• a college degree
