Richard Peacock is President and majority owner of WJP Partnership, Ltd., the owner of Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine.  He was one of the original seven partners that opened the restaurant in 1997.

While he ultimately is responsible for overall restaurant operations, Richard's primary focus is in the commercial real estate industry as a broker and investor. He works with his father at Richard M. Peacock & Co., a commercial real estate firm started by his grandfather in 1950 that has historically specialized in the brokerage of income properties.  He also serves on various local governmental and non-profit boards and is active in his church.  He is married and has twin boys born in 2006.

Richard graduated from MacArthur High School in 1984, and earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, while majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, from Southern Methodist University in 1988.
