The core reason for the success of Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine isn’t our cuisine or atmosphere – it’s our family of good people. Many of us have been with the company since its inception, and yes, many of us are actually related to one another!

Nelly Mendoza Olsen

Nelly Mendoza Olsen's history with the restaurant is a great success story. Born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico, she joined Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine in 1998 as a hostess. Her management ability, work ethic, enthusiasm, and desire to keep improving Paloma Blanca's operations was evident early on. As a result, she continued to advance from position to position, and was finally promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Paloma Blanca in the Fall of 2003. She now presides over an operation that employs more than 60 full and part-time employees and serves in excess of 3,500 meals a week.

In addition to her responsibilities at Paloma Blanca, Nelly is also President and General Manager of Vela at Paloma Blanca, a unique wine bar and restaurant located across the patio from Paloma Blanca.

Richard Peacock is President and majority owner of WJP Partnership, Ltd., the owner of Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine. He was one of the original seven partners that opened the restaurant in 1997. He's also a partner in Vela at Paloma Blanca, a unique wine bar and restaurant located across the patio from Paloma Blanca.
