ANNOUNCEMENT - BEGINNING IN JUNE

We will now be closing on Mondays

In order to continue to bring you the very best in Mexican cuisine, service, and ambiance, we have decided to start closing on Mondays, beginning Monday, June 2nd.  This will give our kitchen, waitstaff and management a much needed "down day", and will also give us a day in which to train staff, create new menu items, perform routine maintenance, etc.

We are very grateful to you, our guests, for the continued (and increasing!) patronage of Paloma Blanca.  We hope you'll understand our need to devote this day to necessary tasks so that we may continue to bring you the best of Mexico.
